**Cold Plunge Disclosure**
The cold plunge is provided for guest enjoyment; however, for safety and maintenance purposes, guests are strictly prohibited from handling, adjusting, tampering with, or operating any of the cold plunge equipment at any time during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, the filtration system, temperature controls, pumps, and connected components.
Guests are also not permitted to drain the cold plunge tub for any reason. Draining or interfering with the system can cause damage to the equipment and may result in additional service fees.
By using the cold plunge, guests acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and agree to follow all posted rules and instructions.

Housekeeping Deposit
A $250 refundable cleaning deposit is required for a stay of 30 days or more. The full amount will be returned after checkout, provided the home is left in good condition, with no excessive mess, damage, or neglect. We kindly ask that guests treat the property with care and respect — your consideration is greatly appreciated.
For security and verification purposes, we require a valid government issued ID from the primary guest after the reservation is confirmed. The name on the ID must match the name on the booking. This helps us ensure the safety of our property and all guests.
